The cleanse revved up your detoxifying system, eradicating blockages and impurities, and creating the metabolism necessary to keep the body burning and building healthy tissues for you. YOU have done the hard work of resetting – rekindling –now it’s a matter of keeping your engine burning brightly.

Day By Day Guide

Here are some examples of how you can create your next 4 days’ worth of meals during The Post-Cleanse.  You can choose to follow this menu exactly or create your own based upon the guidelines given. Remember, it’s important not to shock or stress the system as that will cause the body to store fat rather than to keep burning it. Undigested food leads to digestive toxins and digestive toxins leads to inflammation and lastly inflammation leads to premature aging.

Ayurveda is not a passing trend. Ayurveda is not a flash-in-the-pan health fad. Ayurveda is as old as humankind. It is the art of living in alignment with Nature, the science of understanding your internal environment (dosha) and how that interacts, responds, and relates to the external environment. Just remember, what work for someone else may not work for you.
