Day By Day Guide – Pre-Cleanse

Here are some examples of how you can create your first four days’ worth of meals during Phase 1 – the Pre-Cleanse.  You can choose to follow this four-day menu exactly or create your own based upon the guidelines given. Remember, at the very least, you should avoid processed and packaged foods as well as refined flours, sugars and heavy meals that entail red meat and full fat dairy like cheese.

Apples

Some of our main allies in thinning the bile and detoxing the gut wall during the pre-cleanse phase are apples. Give yourself permission to eat a whole lot more apples that normal. The more sour – the better.

Rehydration Therapy

One of our first priorities during the pre-cleanse is to deeply hydrate the cells.
